Our onboarding process is tailored to each implementation, but here is a general overview of what you can expect over the course of 3 days:
1. Requirement Gathering and Initial Setup: We begin with a detailed session to understand your specific needs, followed by performing initial scans and creating a customized model tailored to your operational requirements.
2. Deployment and In-Person Training: The software is deployed for initial use and testing, and we conduct in-person training sessions to ensure your team is comfortable and proficient with the new system.
3. Handoff and Internal Usage: On the final day, we hand off the system to your management team, allowing your staff to use it internally, with ongoing support from our team as needed.

Levee is accessible through both mobile and web applications. Our online web application manages room assignments and instantly appears on your room attendants’ mobile devices. When a room attendant starts their shift, they receive a list of rooms to clean. If a scan identifies a missing item, real-time feedback is provided to the room attendant to address the issue immediately. Once a room is cleaned, the room attendant performs a final scan and proceeds to the next assigned room. A detailed report is generated for historical tracking and managerial reporting purposes, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
